Responsibility In Email and Respect

How many times a day you open your email only to receive a list of consultants from a company based in the United States, marketing their H1 consultants? To us, and to our sponsors it happens several times a day. What is more annoying is once you asked to be removed, they ignore you, pester you, and continue SPAMMING. Furthermore, they are violating US Spamming laws. What is worse sometimes is when English speaking, Americans take the same approach and they too become aggressive SPAMMERS, representing guest workers in the worst way. The people that get hurt the most are the workers looking for work. Their representatives allow their ego to dictate how they conduct themselves online. Somehow act as though they are immune from being sued, or reported for violating SPAM laws. We have positive news to report after being contacted and asked to be removed more than 5 times, one company, which we will protect their identity took our request seriously only after we filed a lawsuit and they received notice of appearance from their lawyers, they wrote us an apology letter, never to SPAM us again.
