Woke up this morning with purpose

Ever thought you were mindlessly traveling through time without knowing what you wanted to do when you grew up. And then, BAM BAM BAM! You realize that you had been dreaming all along your ideal, your dream life. I am invigorated by my purpose to serve and empower our educational system. So our kids have an opportunity to live fully. Yes we can, yes we will. I am 100% committed to my cause, and I need help to establish this organization on a national scale. I can not do it alone. I am completely energized by the idea that I can at least change one person's life. I hope to meet and greet everyone that I can learn from and serve. Have a fantastic day.

Lets Make a Difference in Our Quality of Life

The top ten countries listed on the index are: Norway, Australia, Iceland, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Switzerland and Japan. If you don't recognize this list, you should. The United States is ranked 13th in the world as best place to live. We are considered a first world country, but according to the world our life expectancy, literacy, school enrollment and gross domestic product (GDP) per capita is not as good as the companies mentioned above. We can do better. By collaborating government, industry and people can work toward improving our lives. At SaveUSJobs, we are working to improve our education in math and science. We do this by investing in better equipment, empowering teachers and schools with fellowships to develop math and science teaching, give scholarships to students who want the opportunity to pursue advanced and technical education. The coming week

It is a blessing to be able to reflect on all my achievements throughout the week. Most importantly I am finding joy in helping and serving others. I feel connected and passionate about SaveUSJobs. This cause envigorates me, it has cone at the right time. The universe has gifted me with the ability to be intouch with my imagination. One of my first jobs in and out of college was working as a teacher. This profession can have such an impact on our children's lives. I subsequently went to grad school to becoming and MFCC. Along the way I met a recruiter, and I changed my profession. But my virtue and values remained the same. I have always been committed to serve a higher purpose. To empower, improve people's lives. Grateful for Monday

In the Jewish holiday, today is the Day of Atonement. A cleansing of mind, body, and soul for sins people have committed to one another. For me, today was a wonderful day in Santa Monica. I met with several empowering women who have found joy in their lives. I am thankful having an impact on Caroline of Maximus Public Relations, she acknowledge I had something to do with where she was at. I just old her anything is possible, you just have to believe in infinity. Angelina she recently got engaged to a wonderful man. I met future Hollywood mogul Alicia Robbins, she took the day to ride her bike. Vivian Brik brought me the gift of time, and an insightful conversation about values in a healthy relationship. Today was a wonderful day. I started at 530 am at the gym. I hope you had time to reflect, and had an awesome day.

Sharing Information Sharing Education

Lately I have been reading nonstop. I have been fortunate to run into people on a daily basis who have been giving me some great recommendations. List of latest and greatest, include The 3 Laws of Performance, A whole New Mind, Get Motivated, Accidental Billionaire, Purple Cow, The Dip, How To Be Wildly Wealthy Fast. And on a very rare occasion, I get the information about an awesome book by something unsaid. I ran into a friend who is running an all women's group teaching from one book, The 28 Laws of Attraction. The fact that I was not told the name of the book, it sparked my interest. Is it a secret only to be told to women? I hope not. Excellent knowledge should be shared, so I am slowly reading through the book processing all the wisdom. I hope you get the chance to do the same. If you know of a book that is a must, love to hear about it, drop me a line.

Human Resources Gets Involved in Our Cause

We have created a site to benefit and promote the empowerment of our future workforce by investing in education. Everyone has a responsibility to get involved. As Americans, we need to be proud of our heritage, our people, our kids, and our right to live fully. This does not happen overnight. This is not the act one person, but many. Sometimes it takes one person; one Human Resources manager for the sake of this blog subject, to stand up say "I love America", a random act of kindness, posting your jobs on our site will come back to you 1000 fold. Pay it forward, we really don't care how many jobs you post. Just as long as they are legitimate, and real. Since we have minimal budget to operate, we do not have a resume database to host and manage. Every posting is yours, and every resume/response is yours, SaveUSJobs does not benefit financially from you finding an amazing candidate. Our hope is that if we create a free job board, employers will feel compelled to use us. When we garner enough traffic, then we will sell ads to support our message and cause. This is an amazing way for Human Resources departments, to save money on recruiting, get involved in a worthy cause, and receive the gift of paying it forward. We look forward to sharing our message, and empowerment with you. Responsibility In Email and Respect

How many times a day you open your email only to receive a list of consultants from a company based in the United States, marketing their H1 consultants? To us, and to our sponsors it happens several times a day. What is more annoying is once you asked to be removed, they ignore you, pester you, and continue SPAMMING. Furthermore, they are violating US Spamming laws. What is worse sometimes is when English speaking, Americans take the same approach and they too become aggressive SPAMMERS, representing guest workers in the worst way. The people that get hurt the most are the workers looking for work. Their representatives allow their ego to dictate how they conduct themselves online. Somehow act as though they are immune from being sued, or reported for violating SPAM laws. We have positive news to report after being contacted and asked to be removed more than 5 times, one company, which we will protect their identity took our request seriously only after we filed a lawsuit and they received notice of appearance from their lawyers, they wrote us an apology letter, never to SPAM us again. Thank you for respecting our request, thank you for conducting business with the highest levels of integrity, and thank you for not taking our valuable time away from investing in a worthy cause, SaveUSJobs.org

My Commitment to Breathe

My commitment is to give every man, woman, and child the opportunity to live fully. For the longest time, I felt disconnected from work, from my passion, and compassion to standout and make a difference. And then, I met a man named David Andersen, he taught me the most valuable lesson about life. Your existence, your presence in this universe comes down to one common denominator, that all humanity shares, breathing. When we are alive, truly alive, every moment of our existence is precious, and when we treasure each moment (each breath), that is when we are all interconnected. That our universe has every possibility to make it our choosing. We can chose to live with honor, respect, humility, responsibility, teaching, learning, empathy, purpose, patience, and love. Life is a gift, my universe, is your universe. I look forward to our paths crossing; this is a momentous event which I will immensely appreciate. I am grateful for having chosen a profession that empowers people. I am a recruiter, and although I get compensated for my work, I am all about serving people, clients, candidates, strangers, friends, and family. My intention is to learn something from everyone and I will reciprocate. I value my connection, and purpose. I will care, I will teach, I will learn, and I will share. I am reaching deep within my heart, soul, my gut, and looking to connect with like minded individuals who have chosen to transform humanity through collaboration. Thats right NO ONE CAN SAVE US. What we need to do is to stand up for ourselves. While I lived in Israel for a short time, I learned the best defense is a powerful offense. How do we do this? Through empowerment, through action not just thought. We need to stand up for our belief that America is the best place to work and live. What is your government doing about math, science, and humanities enrichment programs. How are they empowering schools, teachers and students. Don't be afraid to care, don't be afraid to be angry, stand up and take notice. As consumers we have the most important asset in our hands the power to choose where we shop, buy and spend our hard earned money.

Consumers can change politics, by making corporations aware, if you want us to buy your products, respect our workers, our intelligence. Don't sell our future innovation to foreign governments. The task of Saving US Jobs is gargantuan. We are seeking the public's help in spreading the word. We are self sponsored, and are only able to affect Santa Monica, CA. We chose to start here, because many of our employees reside here. But this is not about us, this is about you and your children. We need to support and improve math and science education in the schools. Our future depends on the innovative minds being developed in class, our teachers need our support. Quite simply, Save US Jobs is taking a stance. We strongly believe in the innovation, intelligence, and productivity of the American worker. It saddens me to hear that career counselors in high school and junior high schools in the US are advising students to stay away from math and science careers. Career counselors are advising our future generation "there will not be a job for you when you graduate from college." With that mind process and message we will create a new generation of service workers all aspiring to work at McDonald's. We can do much better than that. I am highlighting individuals, who I have myself met in person. Richard Becerra, Operations Manager, IT Manager. Mr. Becerra is a kind hearted, well liked manager with strong technical skills. Grateful for Great Americans

Sometimes its the little things that matter most. It is the everyday workers who make my day better. Recently, I have come in contact with men and women, who have improved my life by making contact. We must remember and honor them. They represent what is great in America. I will start with Jonanthan Rothstein, he used to work for me, and recently I rehired him. He has a new commitment for recruitment, his passion for it is commendable. He loves taking care of people, both candidates and clients. David Andersen a shaman of life inter workings, his wisdom and love of breath and life gives meaning and purpose. Clint Arthur recently expanded his butter company opening operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. He did so in a bad economy, hired a slew of workers, and treats employees with love and respect. Rebecca Martin, of Dear Jane, she talked to me in 5 minutes she was able to open my horizon, anything is possible, just have to dig deeper. Julia Tyson, partner at v1strategies, I am motivated to educate and make Americans more productive, more innovative, more intelligent, so that Americans can represent us at home and abroad. Americans will lead by example, because we live in the best country in the world, where anything is possible. Locally I am blessed with being greeted by Pete's coffee and Coffee Bean employees in Santa Monica every morning, for breakfast of champions, coffee and a muffin. My short list is Bryan Bonilla of Staples, textbook example of awesome customer service. Raul Polit, store manager PIP Santa Monica, honesty and integrity. Police Officer Saucedo of the Burbank Police, direct clear communication, kind and caring, after pulling an all nighter in Vegas, Officer Saucedo gave me clear directions and I got to my volunteer event in time. And lastly, thank you to Kelly Becerra who showed up to my baseball event in El Monte on time, your beautiful voice made me proud of being an American. I know the men in my event will forever hold this dear. For all these men and women, I am grateful, thank you for making my week, thank you for crossing my path, and making contact with me. See if you can change someone's life, even the small things count.

Day One

Most of our volunteers live in Santa Monica, California. And we want to make an impact in our community. So we are starting our community based recruiting with "Hit the Pavement Campaign." We are going company to company introducing ourselves in person, we are here to help. We strongly believe in the innovation, intelligence, and productivity of the American worker. We are providing a "No Cost" (free, as we are being sponsored by TempTech, and US Database Solutions) recruiting service to employers, to people looking for work, and a free job board to post jobs. We forged relationships with like minded companies that will provide cost effective solutions; career counseling, resume writing, and interview tips. We are looking to ease the pain, and be a solution provider. Working Together to Employ America.
